The prostateaids online store sells accessories for office chairs and ergonomic cushions: cushions with anatomical cutouts for relieving pressure on the coccyx, memory foam cushions for lumbar support, and active seat supports. The products are intended exclusively for improving comfort during prolonged sitting at a desk. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments for medical conditions. Any reference to health benefits is general in nature and does not constitute a clinical promise.
The user has the right to browse, select, and order available products. They are obliged to provide accurate and complete information during registration and ordering, not to use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, and to respect the store's intellectual property rights. Any attempt to disrupt the site's operation or access other users' data will result in civil or criminal liability.
We undertake to process orders diligently, deliver products as described, and ensure the confidentiality of personal data according to the privacy policy. We reserve the right to modify prices, stock, and terms without prior notice, but changes will not affect already confirmed orders. In case of technical or stock errors, we may cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
The store is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, or discomfort caused by improper use of the products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order does not exceed the value of that order. Products are delivered "as is," and the only warranty offered is the legal warranty of conformity. We do not provide implied warranties regarding suitability for a specific medical purpose.
Payment is made in Romanian lei (RON) by bank card, cash on delivery, or bank transfer, according to the options available at checkout. The delivery time is 3-7 business days for in-stock products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. In case of delays caused by the courier, we will notify the user as soon as possible.
The user may return products within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, in accordance with applicable law. Products must be returned in the same condition, with the original cover and intact packaging. Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the user, except in cases of error on our part.
All materials on the site – texts, images, logos, descriptions – are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Their reproduction, distribution, or use without the store's written consent is prohibited. The name "prostateaids" and the associated logo are registered trademarks.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication. Users will be notified by email or through an announcement on the site in case of substantial changes. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate a user's access who violates these terms, without prior notice and without liability. In case of termination, the user can no longer access their account or place orders. Any order in progress will be fulfilled according to the original terms.
These terms are subject to Romanian law. Any disagreement will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania. For complaints, the user may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
